Fit@60 is a workout programme that will help to improve strength and muscle mass, increase bone density for long-term mobility and independence; Enhance joint health and flexibility to reduce the risk of joint-related discomfort and injuries; and improve cardiovascular health that will help to enhance endurance and supports a healthy weight, which is important for overall well-being. Repeat the 1 week programme over the course of 6 weeks. Challenge yourself by increasing repetition, time, distance and sets. Enjoy your programme and Keep-Fit!
