Beta Tester Non-Disclosure Agreement
This Agreement is made between Keep-Fit and All Beta Users.
Confidential Information
The Receiving Party agrees to treat all information related to Keep-Fit including but not limited to its features, functionality, and user interface, as confidential.
Non-Use and Non-Disclosure
The Receiving Party agrees not to use the Confidential Information for any purpose except for testing the app and to keep the Confidential Information confidential.
Term
This Agreement shall remain in effect until December 2024 or prior the main launch of the app.
Return of Information
Upon request or the end of the testing period, the Receiving Party shall return or destroy all materials containing Confidential Information.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter.

KEEP—FIT / and Beta Tester upon ticking the user agreement box in the beta form.
