Biography

I have always had an active life since I was a child, I practiced several sports (volleyball, basketball, swimming, American football and judo), and today I aim to help people to be more active regardless of the place and materials and free from pain, give me this chance and we will achieve great goals.

CrossFit, Functional Training, High-Intensity Interval Training, Martial Arts and Self-Defense, Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning, Weight Loss Management
